Directions

1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Cream the butter with the sugars using an electric mixer on medium speed until fluffy (approximately 30 seconds)

2. Beat in the egg and the vanilla extract for another 30 seconds.

3. In a mixing bowl, sift together the dry ingredients and beat into the butter mixture at low speed for about 15 seconds. Stir in the espresso coffee powder and chocolate chips.

4. Using a 1 ounce scoop or a 2 tablespoon measure, drop cookie dough onto a greased cookie sheet about 3 inches apart. Gently press down on the dough with the back of a spoon to spread out into a 2 inch circle. Bake for about 20 minutes or until nicely browned around the edges. Bake a little longer for a crispier cookie.

Yield: 2 dozen cookies

あ～クッキーだったん・・・だ。
訳すとおかしくなったので、クッキー作る要領で適度にまとめてみました。

1.オーブンを300度まで予熱。
室温に置いて柔らかくしたバターに砂糖を加え、ミキサー中の速度でまぜます。(およそ30秒)

2.卵とバニラエッセンスを加え混ぜます。30秒程。

3.ふるいにかけた粉を入れ、15秒間くらい低速で混ぜます。その後エスプレッソコーヒー粉とチョコレートチップを混ぜましょう。

4.大さじを使って、およそ3インチ間隔で、クッキングシートの上にクッキー生地を落としてください。（ま、適当にクッキー生地を落せと言うことですね。）
2インチの円にするために、スプーンの後ろで、生地を上から押す。
約20分間、または、クッキーの周りが褐色になるものまで焼きましょう。
よりサクサクしたクッキーのために少しより長く焼くと良いです。

2ダースのクッキーが焼けるレシピなのかな？
この程度だったら、日本のレシピでも同じだけど・・・
