もし余裕があれば25点満点で採点お願いします「自分の仕事に妥協するようだと誰もその道のプロにはなれないと思う。私は頑固者だとよく言われるが、仕事に対する姿勢がまじめだからそう言われるのだ、というように理解している。融通がきくタイプの人間は周囲に受けがいいかもしれないが、仕事の方は何か物足りないところがあるように思われる。」

I think that you can't become a proffecional if you give up your business easily. I am often said that I seldom change my mind. However,I understand that it is because I'm honest for my business. People like those who change their mind following other people, but I think they are lack of something on their business.

I think that you can't become a professional if you give up your work easily. I am often told that I am stubborn. However, I understand they see me that way because I'm true to my work. Those who change their mind following others are liked by people, but I think they lack something in their work.

もしくはよりよい表現として lack something in their professionality.

誤訳（仕事＝work、not business；よく言われる） - 4 とスペルミス（not proffecional, professional）で-1点。
何を伝えたいのか一部分かりづらかった（頑固、仕事に対する姿勢がまじめ、周囲に受けがいい、仕事が物足りない）で印章点-3点。

ですから、17点です。
