関係詞の文でこれがよくわかりません。
This is the basis for the term relative clause, and likewise for relative pronoun,
which applies to the who and which in [1]. In the construction we are dealing with
in this section, the antecedent is always the head noun or
nominal modified by the relative clause.

ここは「Whoとかwhichがrelative pronounだ」といってるだけだね。
In the construction we are dealing within this section,
このセクションで扱ってる文構造では、
the antecedent is always the head noun or
nominal modified by the relative clause.
Antecedent（先行詞）がいつもhead nounかもしくは関係節に修飾される名詞
まとめると
先行詞である名詞を関係節が修飾する。そしてそのとき結合させるのに使うのがwhoとかwhichだね。
