I am a Chinese who have interest in Japan and Japanese,May I found some Japanese friend?

As the title,I am a Chinese who have interest in Japan and Japanese,but in my life,I can't meet any Japanese,I can only know something about Japan and Japanese culture from carton, because I don't know how to speak or write in Japanese,I think you also don't know how to read Chinese,so I have to use English, I am so sorry for that.
