I disagree with this opinion and I will explain the two main reasons in terms of construction costs and the environment. The first reason is that need so much costs to construct them, so people should recommend local food instead of such buildings. By doing so we can save maney. The second reason is that it is not good for the environment because people must destroy forests to build. Cutting trees is becoming a big problem, so people have to preserve it. As mentioned above, I do not think that building tourist sites is a good idea for local governments.
