POINTS ●Aging population ●Costs ●Culture differences ●Globalization I think Japanese companies should hire more foreign workers. I have two reasons to support my opinion. To begin with, hiring foreign workers will make it easy for Japanese companies to expand overseas. If the companies want to get money overseas, they have to hire someone who can speak English. So, companies need foreign workers to succeed in business. In addition, hiring foreign workers will broaden the value of Japanese company's workers. Foreign workers will give a new point of view for the companies. Furthermore, I think that Japanese workers will be positively influenced by the different cultures they experience when they interact with foreign employees. For these reasons, I believe it is a good idea that Japanese companies should hire more foreign workers.
